Meet Artie Bernaducci — The Translator of Financial Gobbledygook

I come from a long line of masons—my grandfather, father, and uncles taught me how to lay brick, pour foundations, and build structures that stand the test of time. Money works the same way: if the foundation cracks, everything above it is at risk. That’s why I focus on income first, not the latest investment fad. I help established small business owners—mainly in construction and especially mason contractors—protect the income that powers their business today and secure reliable income for when they decide to slow down or retire. No financial gobbledygook—just clear steps and calm guidance.

Since 1991, I’ve done my best for those I serve make sense of their money—and more importantly, take action. As founder of Bernaducci & Kugelov, the Retiring Baby Boomer Group, LLC, and co-founder of the Retirement Income Advisory Group, LLC, I’ve built a reputation for turning complex retirement topics into plain-English strategies. Whether it’s Social Security, Medicare, retirement income, long-term care, or asset protection, my mission is simple: cut through the noise so you can make confident decisions.

My approach is foundation-first and practical. Phase One: protect the income now by shoring up real risks—disability, liability, business interruption, market hits, and hidden planning gaps—so one bad day doesn’t take you out. Phase Two: secure the income later by building durable retirement paychecks that show up on schedule—using the markets as a tool, never the only pillar. I have a BS from Ball State University in Soil Science; hold the CLTC designation (Certification in Long-Term Care Planning); the CAPP designation (Certified Asset Protection Planner), and serve as a Florida State Representative for the Asset Protection Society, working alongside top-tier attorneys to help shield client assets from lawsuits, creditors, and predators. I have also done educational workshops on Social Security, income planning, identity theft, and protecting what you’ve earned—and have authored books on these topics. (On Amazon).

On the personal side, I’m happily married to my best friend, Monica. We have four adult children and four grandsons. Outside work, you’ll find me lifting weights, walking with my dog Bella, on the yoga mat, or meditating. I’m passionate about vegan living, paying it forward, and living with intention.
